Trump announces new tariffs on Chinese imports: WSJ reports, Trump said he will impose new tariffs on about $200 billion in Chinese goods and threatened to add hundreds of billions more to pressure Beijing to change its commercial practices, escalating trade tensions between the world’s two largest economies.

The fresh round of tariffs comes on top of $50 billion worth of Chinese products already taxed earlier this year.
